e17-dev software package provides Enlightenment headers, static libraries and documentation, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install e17-dev
e17-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the e17-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep e17-dev *
You will get with e17-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
